One Pair of Red Wooden Dutch Shoes/Holland/Handpainted

For sale please find a pair of wooden Dutch shoes made in Holland.  They are about 6 3/8" long and 2 1/2" wide. There is a tiny hole in the side of each shoe but only on one side, whose purpose I don't know (water drainage??).  There are a couple of very tiny holes on the heel of each shoe (I think they are made this way) but they don't detract from the beauty of the shoes. All in all I would say these shoes are in very good condition. Please look at the pictures to make sure you are satisfied before bidding.
I don't know the origin of these shoes other than that they came from my wife's grandmother who, though born in the Ukraine, came through Holland and lived there a number of years before emigrating to the United States.  She collected these shoes while living in Holland.  That's all I know.
If you are not in the United States please know that I use eBay's Global Shipping Program which means if you win the item, eBay bills you and once you pay they pay me and give me the go-ahead to ship the item to their distribution facility in Kentucky.  Please note, I have nothing to do with any of the shipping charges eBay bills you for including IMPORT FEES.  It is not my call.
